Orders and pre-orders

D2G is a one-person shop. Most games we list aren’t sold in India through regular channels, so we don’t keep shelves of stock. We bring each game in for you once you’ve ordered it. Here’s what that means for your order.

How long it takes

1. We import it. Once your payment is in, we order your games and ship them to our warehouse in India. This leg usually takes about 3 weeks.
2. We check it. When the shipment clears customs, we inspect every copy. If it doesn’t match the listing, it doesn’t go out.
3. We send it to you. Your order goes out with a courier, usually reaching you 3 to 8 days later depending on where you live.

All in, plan on around 4 weeks from payment to your door. Your tracking page shows which step your order is at.

What you pay

You pay the price on the listing plus shipping. The game price covers import fees and customs, so nothing else is added later. Shipping depends on your address and is added to the payment details we email you after you order.

Pre-orders

Games that aren’t out yet show their expected release date on the listing. The timeline above starts from that release date, not from the day you order. If the release date moves, we’ll email you.

Orders ship complete

We send each order in one box. If you put a pre-order and an already-released game in the same order, both ship once the pre-order arrives. Want the released game sooner? Place it as a separate order.
